Bom dia! ... and welcome to our Sambeleza website!

We have been proudly putting the sounds of Brazilian jazz into the air since 2009, when three of us got together and decided to go for it! To form a group to promote and perform the warm sounds of bossa nova, samba, baião and lovely ballads from some of the greatest Brazilian composers, as well as our own original tunes in the Brazilian style.

Much to our delight, we have found wide audiences in the Northeast U. S. who are drawn to the colorful language of the lyrics ~ often poignant and touching ~ and to the pulsing rhythms, lilting melodies and colorful harmonies of Brazilian music ~ both old and new.
